Overview

The official destination platform for Abu Dhabi tourism — a large multilingual, content-rich experience with immersive full-screen heroes, itinerary building, and deep content architecture. Led the UI department through agile delivery cycles and helped secure long-running government contracts.

What I did

• Led the front-end team across multiple releases of a high-traffic government platform
• Built component systems on React and Sitecore JSS with RTL and multilingual support
• Owned performance: image strategies, lazy loading, and Core Web Vitals budgets
• Coordinated agile cycles with design, backend, and stakeholders
